In 2025, the conference was held in Albuquerque, New Mexico and hosted by Hon. Carlton Gray. During our field trip day, the group explored the Sandia Tram, Albuquerque Old Town, and the ABQ Bio Park Aquarium and Botanical Gardens. At the banquet, the new Executive Board and State Representative's were all sworn in by Hon. Kerry Burman.

In 2024, the conference was held in S. Burlington, Vermont and hosted by Hon. Lamont Barnett and Hon. Carolyn Partridge. During this year's field trip day, we visited the Supreme Court, the State Capital, the Ben and Jerry's factory, and the Cabot Creamery store. The banquet dinner was hosted on the Ethan Allen; where we traveled across Lake Champlain. Candace Hissong received a service award for her time as Executive Director.

In 2023, the conference was held in Reno, Nevada and was hosted by the Executive Board. On the field trip day, we visited a car museum!

In 2022, the conference was held in Charleston, South Carolina and hosted by the Executive Board. This was our first in-person conference since Covid.
